Return Policy

Divahs believe in transparency and customer satisfaction. Our return policy applies to full-size* products purchased from our online store. If a Divahs product doesn't suit your skin type or you're dissatisfied with the results, please contact us within 10 days of consistent product use. Our product advisors will reach out to understand the issue and provide instructions. For legitimate cases, we offer a coupon code equivalent to the product value for your next purchase.

Divahs will replace products only in the following scenarios, verified by our internal teams:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Damaged/tampered/leaked product received.
  • Items missing from the order.

To initiate a replacement, email images of the delivered products with your order details to hello@divahs.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will check if the complaint is legitimate and then send you a replacement for the same.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

1. Product damage due to misuse/overuse or any other physical force.

2. Customer-altered products.

3. Requests initiated after 10 business days of order delivery.

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Products not in original condition or damaged/missing parts not due to our error.
  • Return requests made more than 10 days after delivery.

Divahs reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. Divahs at its sole discretion may cancel any
order(s):

  • If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
  • If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction that is not in accordance with the
    Terms of Use.

Cancellations

Refund/cancellation policies apply under the following conditions:

  • In case, the buyer cancels the order online before the product has been shipped, full
    order amount will be refunded.
  • In case the item ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to the buyer, the
    order can still be cancelled online. The total order amount after the deduction of shipment and
    handling charges will be refunded.
  • However, the order once delivered cannot be cancelled in any case.
  • In case of failed transactions or double realization, the total deducted amount will be refunded.
  • In case of cancelled orders/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the
    buyer, if any, is likely to be forfeited
  • Divahs offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the
    buyers card/account
  • In case of part cancellations, the amount refunded will be corresponding to the part
    cancellation

Refund Policy

Once your return request is verified, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

For unshipped prepaid orders, refunds are initiated immediately post-cancellation, taking 3-5 working days to reflect. Please note that COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Prepaid orders – The amount shall be credited to the payment account within 7-10 business days..

Cash on Delivery – The amount will be transferred to the chosen digital mode after verification. Please contact us at +91 8688424726 for COD refund issues.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@divahs.com.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at hello@divahs.com.
